Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items unless your order arrives damaged.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing aerlume.skin@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If eligible, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item or provide store credit if the item is no longer available.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds for damaged items—only exchanges or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare and personal care products

  • Tools or devices that have been opened or used

  • Sale items or promotional offers

  • Gift cards

  • Any other items not deemed defective upon review
