Cancellation Policy
At Aerlume, we honor both your time and ours by implementing thoughtful policies designed to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. We invite you to review these guidelines and reach out with any questions or concerns.
Bookings
For New Clients
To ensure personalized care, all new clients must book a consultation before any treatments. This allows us to:
- Meet and discuss your skin goals
- Create a customized treatment plan
- Provide a tailored skin treatment on the day of your appointment
Please complete and submit your intake forms through our website at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Appointment Scheduling & Payment
- Credit Card Required: An active credit card must be provided to secure your reservation
- Payment: Full payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made
- Payment method accepted: cash (exact amount only), eTransfer, or credit card
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard Appointments
- 48+ Hours Notice: Full cancellation or rescheduling allowed with no penalty
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: 50% service fee will be charged
- No-Show: 100% service fee will be charged
- Repeat Rescheduling: If rescheduling for the second time, a 50% service fee deposit is required before rebooking sent via eTransfer
Late Arrival Policy
- 15 Minutes Late: $45 late fee will be charged, and service time may be shortened to accommodate other clients
- 20+ Minutes Late: Appointment will be cancelled and full service fee (100%) will be charged
Note: Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to respect other clients' scheduled appointments.
Package Treatment Policies
Cancellation Policy for Package Appointments
- 48+ Hours Notice: Required for all package appointment changes
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: Session will be forfeited from your package (no refund or credit)
- No-Show: Session will be forfeited from your package (no refund or credit)
- Important: Package sessions cannot be recovered once forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show
Package Terms & Conditions
- Final Sale: All treatment packages are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Expiration: Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase
- Non-Transferable: Packages cannot be shared with other clients

- Cannot be exchanged for different services
- Upgrades available for additional fee
- Downgrades or substitutions not permitted
Health & Safety Policy
For everyone's wellbeing, please do not attend your appointment if experiencing:
- COVID-19 symptoms
- Fever, cough, or other contagious conditions
If you need to reschedule due to illness, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally with 48+ hours notice when feasible.
